Cracked wall pine pollen?
I was reading an email that listed the benefits of pine pollen. Sadly, my most easy to harvest source dried up just as it should have released much of its pollen. I suspect that's the effect of the spray. It would have been a heavy harvest as all the pollen thingys (yes, I know, a real herbalist term). Edit: ah...buds(!)…
