An herbal Valentine's Day
Here are a series of herbal gifts you can make. I say, use these any time of year. You can't possibly make them all for one day (or one person!). Share the love with anyone who needs cheering! And a link to a discussion that has a wonderful raspberry torte recipe from one of our talented members!

Special purchases or gifts
I am very pleased with my new acquisitions over the past month. With some funds that came my way at this time (some gifted & some from other places) and after some very careful thought, I was able to buy some things I normally would not have been able to. I usually also buy things for others over myself (my family usually)…

Chai Honey Mix
I made this blend this morning as a Christmas gift. Its really tasty! And that's coming from someone who doesn't drink chai. These…

Christmas presents for the garden or gardener
I have been gifted , as already mentioned somewhere, seeds for next year's garden. The picture shows the seeds for early spring sowing. All seeds are from Bingenheimer in Germany. They are not necessary heirloom as there are some new breeds but they are all true to type. I have more seeds for late spring, summer and the…
