1/4 c. Butter, melted 1 lb. Icing sugar 3 Tbsp. Hot water 16 drops (1/4 tsp. + 1 drop) Peppermint food coloring Mix until creamy smooth. Shape into small balls & flatten with a fork. Dipping into melted dark chocolate is an option if you want to try that.

I know one should not grow mint varieties next to each other in beds because they will hybridize, but can mint in pots be grown next to each other? All the time? Only until they bloom? I just picked up 17 free mojito mint plants in healthy 4 inch pots. I had not heard of this before so had to try a piece. Its quite tangy. Has anyone used this before?
